Restaurant operations · Google reviews
Know which table is unhappy before they walk out.
Guests tap the table and leave a real Google review. Three stars or less texts your manager the table number — while the guest is still in the seat.
Every rating goes to Google. We don’t filter.
Text to Dana · on shift · just now
The guest finishes their review on Google. Your manager is already walking to table 12.
Guest taps the table
An NFC puck or QR code on every table opens your review page. No app, no account, no menu insert.
They pick stars, then finish on Google
One to five. Every rating continues to your public Google listing — same path, no exceptions, nothing held back.
Three stars or less texts your manager
The text names the table and the stars. Someone walks over and fixes the meal while it still matters.
One path for every rating
A 1-star tap and a 5-star tap take the same public road.
We never hold a review, reroute it to a private form, or ask “did you love it?” first. The text to your manager is a heads-up, not a gate — it exists so someone can walk over and make the table right before they leave.

Hardware, handled
The puck is ours to worry about.
Hardware comes included on every table, installed and mapped by us. Rearranged the dining room? Tap a puck with your own phone and reassign it on the spot — or ask us, and we’re on-site within 48 hours. You will never be handed a firmware updater.
The 48-hour promise. Any remap request gets a person at your door within two days. It’s on the ticket, with a clock.
Pricing
$30 / location / month
Hardware included on every table. Founding restaurants pay $15/month with no setup fee — 20 of 20 spots left. $15 down holds a spot and covers the first month, which starts the day we install.
